WHAT IS REHOME BY ADOPT A PET?
Rehome is a home-to-home adoption service for individual pet owners of both cats and dogs.
Rehome lets pet owners promote their pet directly to potential adopters on the Adopt a Pet website, and guides both parties through the process, from listing the pet, to filling out the adoption applications, to screening potential candidates.
WHY DO WE RECOMMEND IT?
While our mission at Adopt A Cat is to find loving forever homes for the cats of our community, we unfortunately cannot take in every cat that needs our help.

That is why programs like Rehome are so beneficial to organizations like ours, as it provides us with a resource to share with you, and in turn can help save even just one more cat and get them the happy and healthy life they deserve.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is a small, one time listing fee per pet that owners submit with their pets profile.

100% of the decided-upon adoption fee goes directly to the owner; Adopt a Pet does not collect any percentage of the adoption fee, only the listing fee.
